Our crew works hand-in-hand with co-owner and General Contractor, Eric Lakeman, to ensure that each home is framed to L & L’s exacting standards!

	Poured concrete foundations;
	Full exterior and interior footing tile with sump;
	2" x 6" exterior walls with solid sheathing and Tyvek house wrap;
	Advantech plywood sub-floor that is glued and screwed down to prevent squeaks;
	Pella aluminum clad windows with high performance Low-E insulated glass;
	R-23 exterior wall insulation and R-50 ceiling insulation which will result in lower utility costs;
	Interior sound insulation package;
	Fully insulated and finished garages;
	Fibermesh reinforcing in all exterior flat concrete to lessen cracking.
