Established in the Spring of 1998, L & L Custom Builders, Inc. is a family owned and operated full-service residential contracting company. Offering state-of-the-art technology in plan development software, our in-house plan designer will work with you to develop a plan suited for your unique lifestyle, then will display your plan 3-dimensionally so that you can virtually “walk” through your house and view the exterior elevations before ever breaking ground!

From plan development through the completion of your new home, you will work directly with co-founder of L & L Custom Builders, Inc., Eric Lakeman, who will assist you through the entire building process with ease, giving you frequent progress updates and guidance with your product selections.
